We operate at the intersection of hospitality, leisure, and cutting-edge digital media through two specialized brands:
Pixel Holiday: Premium guest photography concessions and bespoke imaging experiences tailored for luxury resorts and five-star hospitality brands.
To accelerate our expansion across Spain and key European markets, we are looking for an ambitious, commercially sharp Business Development Manager to spearhead enterprise partnerships and drive concession acquisitions.

In this position, you will be the commercial engine behind our European expansion, owning the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution. You will pitch compelling, zero-CapEx revenue-share models directly to C-level executives, General Managers,



and commercial directors across the leisure and resort sectors.

70%): Lead commercial expansion for Pixel Attraction by targeting, negotiating, and securing multi-year concession contracts with major waterparks, theme parks, and entertainment destinations.
Resort Hospitality (approx. Drive footprint growth for Pixel Holiday by establishing long-term partnership agreements with luxury hotel groups, branded resort chains, and premier 5-star properties.
Generate qualified enterprise leads, deliver tailored executive presentations, structure complex concession terms, and close commercial agreements.
Commercial Strategy: Articulate our zero-CapEx, high-margin revenue-sharing model to demonstrate immediate bottom-line value for venue operators.
Maintain rigorous CRM tracking, analyze regional market trends, monitor competitive activity, and represent Pixel Group at key industry expos and networking events.
