Your Role as a SEO & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Manager
We are looking for an SEO & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Manager to join our Content team within Marketing France and accelerate organic visibility and growth across our four Business Units: As search evolves beyond traditional search engines towards AI-powered discovery and answer engines,



you will own our strategy across both SEO and Generative Engine Optimization, ensuring our solutions and content are visible, relevant and authoritative wherever our audiences search for information.
You will work closely with Content, Brand, Product Marketing, Web and other Marketing teams across the four Business Units to turn search insights into measurable organic growth.
Own and drive the SEO & GEO strategy across Financing, Invoicing, Small Business and CPA, identifying opportunities to grow organic visibility, qualified traffic and business impact.
Conduct keyword, search intent and topic research to identify audience needs, content opportunities and competitive gaps for each Business Unit.
Define and maintain content and topic strategies based on search demand, business priorities and emerging AI search behaviours.
Optimize existing and new content for traditional search engines and generative/AI-powered search experiences.
