Role Description
Under the supervision of the Global Marketing Communications Manager,



this role receives a moderate level of guidance and direction to drive the execution and continuous improvement of marketing communication strategies. Working with the general marketing team, the marketing and communications specialist will lead the development and implementation of a cross-platform marketing communications plan that supports the business strategies and objectives for the swine and poultry industries in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
General Responsibilities
- Own and drive marketing communication initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment and business success.
- Drive the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of marketing communication campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Design and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing communication strategies across digital, print, social media, events and PR including event management.
