United Search is seeking a General Earned, Owned & Influence Data Manager to join Puig, a global leader in beauty and fashion. In this newly structured role, you will lead the data strategy, governance and transformation of Earned Media, Social Listening, Influencer and Advocacy across Puig's portfolio of brands and markets, turning what the world says about its brands into a strategic business asset.
Its portfolio includes iconic brands such as Carolina Herrera, Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, Charlotte Tilbury and Byredo. Driven by both organic growth and acquisitions, Puig is accelerating its data-driven approach to brand building and has structured two strategic offices, Consumer & AI Acceleration and the Growth Office, to power its next phase of growth.

Based in Barcelona and reporting to the Head of Media Data, within the Consumer & AI Acceleration office (Center of Excellence,



Media & Consumer Data), you will act as the global business owner and subject-matter expert for Puig's Earned, Owned & Influence data ecosystem, and as the key bridge between Business, Global functions, Technology and external partners.
Define and lead the global Earned, Owned & Influence data strategy and roadmap, positioning social listening and influencer data as strategic assets for business growth.
Build a long-term vision connecting brand performance (Puig and competitors), consumer understanding, cultural and social trends, influencer effectiveness and AI-driven use cases.
Own and evolve Puig's social listening ecosystem globally, developing advanced use cases such as brand health monitoring, competitive intelligence, sentiment analysis, trend and cultural intelligence, and visual listening.
Own and evolve Puig's Influencer & Advocacy data ecosystem in partnership with the Global Influence & Advoc
