The project is that you bring your talent and your ambition to a fast-scaling AI scale-up building groundbreaking voice automation tools for small and medium-sized businesses. Their core product is an AI phone assistant that automatically answers inbound customer calls, ensuring businesses never miss opportunities and can convert more inbound demand into revenue.
Having reached over 10,000 customers, €10M+ in ARR, and growing at ~30% month-over-month, the company's long-term vision is to build the world's first fully automated AI-powered CRM system across voice, WhatsApp, email, and chat. You will be joining their brand-new hub in Barcelona at the ground level.
As a potential SDR entering the SDR Academy,



you will complete a tailored enablement program designed to fast-track your entry into high-growth SaaS AI sales.
- Complete one of three tailored training tracks based on your background: Non-Sales Bootcamp (2 weeks), Ramp-Up Acceleration Sprint (1 week), or VIP Fast-Track (2-session module)
- Access versátil module schedules with evening and lunch-block options to complete training without interrupting current commitments
- Participate in live prospect blitzes using provided target lists to build confidence, overcome call reluctance, and generate live meetings
- Execute 100+ outbound cold calls daily to engage SMB decision-makers across European markets
- Pitch cutting-edge AI phone automation and expanding multi-channel solutions (WhatsApp, email, chat)
- Master core SDR fundamentals, sales terminology, objection handling, cold outreach, and discovery pitching
- Progress through a streamlined 3-step candidate selection pro
