A leading international company, recognized for delivering complex and high-value construction and infrastructure projects, is seeking to appoint a Senior Health & Safety (H&S;) Manager, based in Madrid, to lead the Health & Safety strategy for New Technology projects (specifically for Data Centers) and international projects. Position Summary The Senior Health & Safety Manager – New Technologies will provide visible leadership in Health & Safety across these projects, promoting a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor on all Health & Safety matters, applying professional standards and promoting industry best practices in the industry.
Maintain key areas of technical expertise and share knowledge to support the development, training, and mentoring of other professionals.
Provide Health & Safety guidance to senior management and project leaders to support the achievement of project objectives.
Build, develop,



and maintain internal and external relationships that maximize the impact of specialist knowledge, enhance decision-making quality, encourage shared learning, and drive improvements throughout the project supply chain.
Advise on and interpret contractual and legal requirements applicable to the project, ensuring regulatory compliance and protecting the project's interests.
Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers to support the successful delivery of project objectives.
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety standards and the ability to assess compliance.
Knowledge of Health & Safety risk management practices.
Ability to monitor, measure, and report Health & Safety performance.
