Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required. Two years' clerical experience in medical facility or office required. Computer experience required with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Strong written and verbal communication skills;
able to speak effectively to internal and external customers required. Ability to speak English language required.

Responsibilities
- 1.1 Schedules appointments and procedures according to policies on nursing and anesthesia staff availability, patient needs and physician's block time.
- 1.2 Coordinates surgical preoperative appointment schedule with clinical preoperative activates.
- 1.3 Maintains schedule according to procedure and physician's time and staffing requirements.
