This is a unique opportunity to become the finance lead for a fast-growing startup being built within a major gaming studio.
As the dedicated finance lead, you'll have significant ownership and visibility across the entire business — from core accounting and treasury through to FP&A;, international expansion, product launches and strategic projects.
You'll work directly with the PuzzlePlay leadership and product teams, while partnering with Group Finance, Tax and Legal. Most importantly,



you'll be building the finance function as the business grows and tailoring it to the needs of both you and the key stakeholders.
Own the Finance Function:
Lead month-end close, reporting, reconciliations and intercompany accounting
Manage treasury, FX exposure and payment provider relationships
Oversee reward liabilities, settlement cycles and cash flow
Build and maintain finance controls around fraud, abuse and user payouts
Lead budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting
Support entry into new territories, including tax, payments, regulatory and compliance requirements
Work with Legal, KYC/Compliance and external advisors as the business expands
Lead Strategic Projects:
Develop PuzzlePlay's finance systems, processes and controls as it moves towards a standalone infrastructure
Own statutory reporting and audit as the business reaches scale
