By embedding risk discipline into strategy and operations, GRC enables responsible growth, innovation, and long‑term value creation while protecting customers and shareholders.
Responsibilities
As member of the EMEA Regional Financial Crime Compliance Organization based in Madrid, Spain the candidate is to be able to:
- Assist with the coordination and execution of Financial Crimes Risk Management activities across regional market teams.




- Supporting issue management activities, including tracking remediation plans, monitoring action progress, escalating delays, and ensuring timely closure of identified issues.
- Support the issuance of the annual business‑wide risk assessment, in line with Enterprise’s methodology, overseeing market deployment to ensure harmonization at Legal Entity / region level.
- Support issuance of MLRO’s Annual Activity Report, in line with EBA guidelines on the role of the Compliance Officer.
- Support issuance of the internal business control framework evaluation program.
- Assist with Internal Audit, External Audit and Regulatory Examination activities by assisting requests, organizing documentation, tracking deliverables, and supporting remediation efforts.

- University Degree in Law/Business Management/Political Science. Working knowledge of payment services and AML/CTF regulations will be a
