The mandate:
To originate and close institutional and private capital across Europe
Act as a key commercial driver in market expansion
Work directly with senior leadership on growth strategy and execution
What you bring:
A proven track record of originating, raising capital and closing deals in Fintech and /or Hi-tech space
Strong access to institutional investors, family offices, or banking networks
Experience across the Balkans and/or Eastern European markets - a significant advantage
A hunter mindset — you create opportunities and drive them to close
Comfortable operating in a high-growth, build-mode environment
