We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to become our first SMB-focused sales hire in Spain and help us build a completely new commercial motion at Maisa.
You will own the sales process from beginning to end: generating your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, working inbound opportunities, running discovery and demos, developing proposals, negotiating, and ultimately closing business.
There is no dedicated SDR or pre‐sales support for this role. You'll focus on Spanish SMB customers, primarily companies with fewer than 500 employees.
We are testing and building Maisa's SMB go‐to‐market motion, which means you'll work closely with our commercial leadership and CEO to understand what works, what doesn't, and help shape everything from our ICP and messaging to pricing, objections, packaging,



and sales playbook.
Build Pipeline Build and own your SMB pipeline across the Spanish market.
Leverage our existing outbound automation tooling while continuously testing and improving your approach.
Qualify and progress inbound leads alongside your self‐generated pipeline.
Own the Full Sales Cycle
Manage a high‐velocity sales motion with typical deal sizes
Take clear ownership of your targets, pipeline coverage, conversion, and overall sales performance.
Feed market learnings back to leadership around ICP, messaging, pricing, packaging, and product positioning.
Experiment with outreach sequences, pitches, discovery approaches, and sales materials.
5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in full-cycle closing roles.
Proven experience owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting through close.
