You'll join the Content Management & Operations team, responsible for the end-to-end operation of the company's integral website: from content creation and rollout to ongoing optimisation and maintenance. The team works with a modern headless CMS and AI-supported workflows to deliver high-quality, scalable digital content at speed.

Build, maintain and update content marketing and topic pages using a headless CMS, following established standards and best practices




Manage content requests through a ticketing system, prioritising tasks and ensuring timely delivery
Perform editorial, structural and quality checks before publication
Identify and resolve content-related issues on live websites
Apply proven structures and content standards to improve consistency, efficiency and scalability
Support AI-assisted SEO and content quality checks and contribute to the continuous improvement of CMS workflows
Collaborate with business units, developers, UX designers, product managers and the Lead Content Manager on more complex requirements
University degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
~3+ years of experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS)
~ Good understanding of headless CMS architecture, content modelling and modular content structures
~ Working knowledge of SEO, web accessibility (A11Y) and brand compli
