We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Finnish Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical and functional assistance to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to resolve inquiries efficiently within the Customer Support Services sector.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional,



empathetic, and solution-oriented interactions.
- Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system to track trends and common support needs.
- Collaborate with international team members to share best practices and contribute to a high-performing support culture.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments while managing client expectations.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and team-based KPIs regarding response times and quality scores.
- Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ideally with previous experience in Customer Support Services.
- Strong proficiency in English to collaborate within our multinational office environment.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced work setting in Sofia.
