As a Technical Support Consultant, you will help our customers get the most from the SD Worx App and Portal. You will support HR professionals and end users with technical questions, login issues, and platform-related queries through both digital channels and phone support. Manage support requests received through digital channels and phone support.
Investigate and resolve technical problems while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Analyse support tickets and identify opportunities to improve service quality and processes.
Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to continuously enhance the user experience.
Fluent Dutch and French, both spoken and written.
Good English communication skills.
Experience in a customer support, technical support, or service-oriented role.
Experience supporting digital platforms, web portals,



or mobile working with ticketing or case management systems.
Knowledge of HR software or HR technology solutions.
