Role Mission
We are looking for a Sprinklr Technical Success Manager to join our team and support the design, configuration and optimization of Sprinklr solutions across social listening, reporting and data workflows.
This is a dual technical and consultative role : someone who can understand business and client needs, translate them into effective Sprinklr solutions, and is comfortable getting hands-on with the platform configuration.



Combines the client-facing and consultative mindset of a Technical Success Manager with the hands-on capabilities of a Sprinklr Consultant / Platform Specialist .
Key responsibilities
Configure and optimize social listening models , including taxonomies, queries, topics and classification rules.
Design, build and optimize operational and executive dashboards and reports in Sprinklr.
Configure workflows, alerts and escalation processes to support the management of insights and incidents.
Ensure data governance and data quality , including tagging consistency, classification accuracy and taxonomy maintenance.
Translate business and reporting requirements into scalable and technically robust Sprinklr configurations.
Troubleshoot configuration and data-quality issues and continuously identify opportunities to improve the setup.
Document listening models, queries, rules, dashboards, workflows and data structures to ensure traceability and
