As part of the Platform Support & Onboarding team, you will play a key role in helping product teams successfully adopt and leverage the platform while ensuring a seamless experience throughout their data and software delivery journey. In this role, you will combine platform consultancy, technical support, software development, and stakeholder engagement.
You will guide teams through onboarding activities, help them design and implement solutions using platform services, and contribute directly to the evolution of the Onboarding Hub, our AI-powered onboarding and enablement product. Through automation, integrations, and self-service capabilities, you will help simplify how users discover, access, and operate services across the Enterprise Data Platform ecosystem.
