The adecuado candidate will be an individual with a passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry, with a deep knowledge of international markets and a successful track record in export management in international field. Reporting directly to Export Director
Export Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive export strategy for the markets, identifying growth opportunities, setting clear goals and designing effective action plans. Identify new distribution channels, business partners and collaboration opportunities to expand the brand's presence in the region. Business Relations: Negotiate commercial terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Negotiate pricing, margins, exclusivities, targets and distribution agreements.
Supervise and lead the sales team in the region, providing guidance,



training and support to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor sales performance and make adjustments as needed.
Market Analysis: Perform in-depth market and competition analyses to identify trends, opportunities and threats. Use data and analysis to make informed decisions and adjust strategy accordingly.
Coordinate logistics and ensure that goods reach their destinations on time and in good order. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all customs, tax and security regulations and requirements in the countries of the region, ensuring a smooth export flow.
Reporting and analysis: Prepare regular reports on export performance, highlighting achievements, challenges and areas for improvement. Use data to support decision-making and communicate results to department management. Track net sales, growth, margin, pipeline and forecast accuracy.
