The Iberia HR Director will lead the people strategy and HR operations for the Iberia business, ensuring alignment with the company's general objectives while addressing local market needs. Reporting to senior leadership, this role will act as a trusted business partner, driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement, and compliance across the country.
The role includes the leadership of a team of three HR professionals and requires a strong balance of strategic vision, operational excellence, and stakeholder management.
To design, implement, and lead the people agenda in Spain, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of talent while fostering a high-performance culture that supports sustainable business growth and alignment with the company's international strategy.
Define and execute the HR strategy for Spain in alignment with global business objectives.
Lead and develop a team of three HR professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development,



and workforce planning initiatives.
Design and implement employee engagement, culture, and change management programs.
Ensure compliance with Spanish labor legislation and corporate governance requirements.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support business decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
Partner with regional and global HR teams to implement international policies, processes, and projects.
Drive diversity, inclusion, wellbeing, and employer branding initiatives.
Support organizational transformation and business growth through effective people management practices.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including significant leadership responsibilities.
Proven track record in a senior HR leadership role within an international and matrix organization.
Experience managing multidisciplinary HR teams.
