They are looking for a Business Development Revenue Manager to take ownership of a growing commercial pipeline and convert customer interest into signed contracts, pre-orders, off-take agreements and other commercial commitments.
You will work closely with senior commercial leadership and technical teams to turn complex customer requirements into clear commercial propositions and ultimately revenue.
Own and manage the commercial pipeline, progressing opportunities from initial engagement through to signed commitments
Convert qualified customer interest into proposals, pre-orders, contracts, off-take agreements and funded opportunities
Build strong relationships with commercial, procurement and programme stakeholders across defence, aerospace and industrial markets
Develop account and close plans for priority customers,



identifying decision-makers, procurement routes and commercial blockers
Maintain strong CRM discipline and provide accurate pipeline, revenue and conversion forecasting
Coordinate proposals, commercial terms and contracting processes alongside internal technical and leadership teams
Capture market, customer and procurement intelligence to support wider commercial decision-making
Strong business development, sales, revenue or account management experience within a complex B2B environment
Demonstrable experience owning a pipeline and converting opportunities into commercial outcomes
Experience managing longer or more complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholdersCommercial confidence working with senior customers, procurement teams and decision-makers
Strong CRM, pipeline management and forecasting experience
