As a Cordant Solutions Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving sales of hardware, software, and service solutions across the Iberia region.



You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, develop tailored solutions, and support sustainable commercial growth.

This role combines strategic account management, technical solution selling, and business development to deliver value for customers while supporting Baker Hughes growth objectives.

As a Cordant Solutions Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and maintaining a qualified sales pipeline for Cordant Solutions products and services within the Iberia region.
- Building and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective customers across targeted industry sectors.
- Supporting the development of commercial proposals, pricing frameworks, and customer-specific commercial arrangements.
