You will own key accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient processes. You'll serve as a trusted partner across the business while playing a critical role in our SAP transformation journey. Manage accounting activities including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and general ledger reviews.
Review payroll accounting, employee expenses, and financial postings.
Prepare financial analyses and reporting for finance leadership.
Drive Compliance & Controls
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Maintain strong accounting controls and compliance with company policies.
Support tax reporting and VAT-related activities with external advisors.
Identify and proactively address financial, accounting, or compliance risks.
Act as the Finance Key User for SAP FI, supporting testing, data validation, issue resolution, and go-live activities.
Maintain finance procedures, documentation, and control frameworks.
Support ERP enhancements and reporting improvements.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, People,



and other teams to resolve accounting matters.
Translate financial data into clear insights and management reporting.
Contribute to cost analysis, budgeting activities, and operational finance projects.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
~5+ years of accounting and finance experience.
~ Ideally, 2+ years of team management.
~ Strong experience leading month-end close, financial reporting, and audit processes.
~ Hands-on expertise in accounting operations, reconciliations, accruals, and general ledger management.
~ Proven SAP FI Key User experience is required.
~ Experience supporting SAP implementations, testing, data validation, and go-live activities.
~ Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge.
