Guest Support Agent — CET Shift (Remote) Outsite Remote (CET working hours) 40 hrs/week Independent Contractor Starts October 2026 Outsite runs coliving and hospitality spaces for remote workers and travelers, with around 40 properties in 12 countries across Europe, the Americas, and beyond. Our guests stay anywhere from a few nights to a few months, and our Guest Support team is often the first and most frequent contact they have with us. We're looking for a Guest Support Agent to cover our morning CET shift. The person who makes sure guests get fast, warm, accurate answers, and that our local community managers have what they need to deliver a great stay.
What you'll do
Answer guest messages across email, OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia), and direct channels, before, during, and after their stay Handle reservation changes, modifications, cancellations, and special requests in our property management system (Mews) Triage guest issues quickly, resolve what you can, and escalate clearly to local teams when needed Keep community managers informed about arrivals,



special requests, and anything guests need on the ground Recommend upgrades, extended stays, and local add-ons when they'd genuinely improve a guest's trip Schedule Shifts start at 7:00 AM CET, totaling 40 hours 2 days off per week, rotating every 4 weeks Occasional adjustments based on operational needs, communicated in advance What we're looking for 1+ years in guest support, reservations, or customer service, ideally in hotels, hostels, or short-term rentals Excellent written English: clear, warm, and error-free Comfortable juggling several conversations at once without losing track of details Calm and solution-focused when a guest is frustrated Reliable and punctual; your team depends on the shift being covered Nice to have: Spanish and/or French; experience with Mews or another PMS; familiarity with OTA extranets What you'll get 14 days of paid time off per year, accrued over time Full trainin
