The opportunity

As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment delivery across high-volume and strategic hiring requirements. Working closely with hiring managers, candidates and specialist sourcing teams,



you’ll ensure service levels and KPIs are met while providing expert advice throughout the recruitment journey. You’ll also mentor junior colleagues, influence recruitment strategy and use talent insights to help clients make confident, data-led hiring decisions.

What you’ll do

Client Delivery:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working with sourcing, digital and research teams to drive performance and value.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates, providing expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Screen CVs, interview candidates and help design effective assessments, case studies and presentations.
- Create innovative resourcing strategies using creative sourcing techniques, talent insights and market data.
- Deliver accurate management information and use data to guide recruitment decisions.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience from application through to start date.
