The primary responsibility of this position is to execute marketing actions to achieve the brand and business objectives of the unit. The Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and will create, target, and measure customized consumer experiences that drive loyalty and customer value. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines, as well as a background in law, international affairs, and/or consulting.

Your role as a Marketing Specialist will involve:
Participate in the development and execution of the existing customer journey landscape to drive marketing conversion across programs related to Law, International Affairs, and Public Policy, with the ability to coordinate several projects in parallel at varied stages of development.
Learn and operate using an omnichannel approach to develop and execute nurturing marketing campaigns.
Understand the customer target, write creative briefs, and oversee the campaign setup process through end-to-end coordination with an external creative agency.
Lead internal and external partnerships to launch new campaigns, content, and programs for IE University’s audience.
Strong focus on tracking and reporting campaign activity and results to measure their
