Its mission is to drive provider excellence through smart network segmentation, outcome focused partnerships and shared accountability.
About The Team & Role
The Program Manager is empowered to drive strategic initiatives and deliver business transformation across the Provider Organization. He / she will be part of a very energetic and enthusiastic team leading innovative initiatives meant to exponentially transform the provider experience and internal operations.
The Program Manager is positioned to work hand in hand with a variety of teams and functions, spanning technology, finance, data and analytics operations etc. which offers he / she a unique perspective on business priorities, speed of execution new opportunities as well as challenges to overcome.




The role reports into the Head of Strategy and Transformation Director.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, governance, business case and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify and address risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring clear communication and coordination among internal teams, such as, D&A;, Technology, PSO etc. and external partners.
- Prepare and deliver regular project updates, executive presentations, and post-implementation reviews.
