The Supply Engagement team owns how Preply changes tutor behaviour at scale, through three channels: communications, community, and academy. You'll report directly to the Senior Manager of Supply Engagement and be part of a team of six. Some quarters you'll be making already-set plans happen operationally, for example a webinar series, networking event or a contest in the community.



Every project exists for one reason: to make tutors happier, help them succeed, or surface what they're telling us so we can improve our product, programs, and policy.
Own the operational part of all tutor-facing programs and projects end to end, for example running the annual tutor conference and the team's webinar series: source speakers, coordinate logistics, track what worked
Drive new engagement projects end to end: From ideation to delivery
Support Academy's LMS migration: coordinating the content shift, reviewing content, and building an AI workflow to speed it up
Run focus groups, light research and data analysis to improve tutor experience across the channels and Preply
Tutor voice reaching the people who need it, so research and focus groups shape real decisions
Hands-on experience planning and running complex events or programs that reached thousands of people, inside a team with real stakeholders an
