Job Summary
We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our Roiback Digital team in Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital acquisition campaigns for hotel and hospitality clients across multiple advertising platforms. You will work closely with clients to drive direct bookings, maximize campaign performance, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure marketing investments deliver strong ROI and business results.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement,



and manage Paid Media campaigns across a variety of digital advertising platforms.
- Create, optimize, and monitor campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), DV360, Criteo, and other advertising channels.
- Manage Search, Display, Video, and other performance marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with hotel and hospitality clients through regular meetings, campaign reviews, and strategic consultations.
- Provide budget recommendations and investment strategies to help clients achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Contribute to the development and execution of digital marketing strategies tailored to client requirements.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights and reporting.
- Optimize key performance metrics, including CPA, ROI, ROAS, conversion rates, and other campaign KPIs.
