Job Purpose
The Finance, Planning & Data Analytics Specialist supports the Finance, Administration, Planning & Control department by driving data-driven decision-making, enhancing reporting capabilities, automating processes, improving operational efficiency, and providing analytical insights to support business performance and strategic decision-making. The role combines financial analysis, business planning, data analytics, and process optimization to support strategic and operational objectives.

Financial Planning & Analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.




- Monitor financial and operational performance against targets.
- Perform profitability, cost, portfolio, and business performance analysis.
- Prepare management reports and financial performance presentations.
- Contribute to business cases and strategic projects through quantitative analysis.

Operational Finance & Administrative Processes
- Support day-to-day finance and administrative activities to ensure smooth business operations.
- Manage and monitor payment processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal procedures.
- Process and control financial and operational transactions within company systems.
- Ensure accurate booking and processing of business transactions within internal systems and reporting platforms.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational incidents and data discrepancies.
