About the Role
Reporting to the SVP Commercial, the Director,



Global GTM Strategy will lead the development of aligned go-to-market strategies across customer personas and enterprise offerings. This role brings together market insight, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to create a unified global GTM approach that supports profitable growth, customer value, and commercial excellence.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with GTM leaders to provide frameworks, insight, facilitation, challenge, and enablement needed to create strong persona GTM strategies
- Translate customer and market understanding into clear choices, priorities, initiatives, and measures
- Synthesize persona GTM strategies into one aligned global plan
- Identify shared priorities, dependencies, opportunities, conflicts, and areas for leverage across personas
- Develop GTM strategy for enterprise offerings that span multiple personas
