What are we looking for?




We're looking for a consumer-centric and commercially minded Product Manager to help shape and evolve BUFF®'s general product portfolio. In this role, you will drive product decisions throughout the lifecycle, translating consumer insights, market trends and business needs into meaningful and innovative collections that strengthen BUFF®'s position within the outdoor and sports industry. You will collaborate cross-functionally with regional, marketing, sales and development teams to ensure our products remain relevant, competitive and aligned with BUFF®'s purpose, values and strategic direction.
