Manage Factorial's tech stack end-to-end, ensuring visibility and optimization of software and vendor spend
Lead contract negotiation and renewal planning with proactive timeline management
Own purchasing strategy for Marketing, HR, and other departments to enable scalable procurement
Create and oversee Purchase Orders in Oracle NetSuite with compliant documentation
Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, negotiating pricing and terms
Partner with Marketing, HR, Finance,



and Accounting leadership to align budgets and validate invoices
Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance procurement strategy
Ensure procurement policy compliance and maintain contract/supplier documentation
Drive continuous improvement of procurement workflows, tooling, and operational efficiency across the organization
Senior-level experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Vendor/Contract Management, or Finance
Strong track record in contract negotiation and renewal planning with multi-vendor coordination
Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems; Oracle NetSuite a plus
Fluent in Spanish (B2+) and English (written and spoken)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical thinking and proactive process-improvement mindset
