As our first (Senior) Partnerships Manager in Germany, you will build our partner ecosystem from the ground up - signing and scaling the partnerships that bring entrepreneurs and SMEs in Germany to Finom.
Own the German market. From conceptualizing the partner profile to signing agreements, you'll bring in the partners that become real acquisition channels.




Represent Finom and network at industry events and inside the German fintech and SME scene.
Work directly with Marketing, Sales, and Product to get partners what they need and bring German market insight straight to the people building the product.
Native-level German and professional fluent English (our working language) are compulsory
~3-5 years of work experience , in partnerships, business development, or a related commercial role
~ Strong commercial judgment - you can structure a partnership, negotiate terms, and prioritize based on impact
~ Self-starter who thrives with autonomy in a remote, fast-moving environment
~ Italian or French language skills
