About the team
The Group Culture & Partnership (C&P;) team drives Forvis Mazars Group University, the firm's general Leadership and Executive Education function dedicated to leadership development, partnership stewardship, and culture enhancement across the Group.
We are a lean, international team working at the heart of the organisation, shaping learning and development of partners across over 100 countries and 7 service lines.

The role




The Leadership Development Coordinator contributes to the design and delivery of global leadership and organisational development programmes for (future) partners and senior leaders.
Reporting to the Group Leadership Development Project Manager, this is a hands-on role supporting programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational delivery across a portfolio of international initiatives.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of leadership development programmes, while contributing to continuous improvement and high-quality participant experiences.

- Support the end-to-end coordination of leadership development programmes, from design logistics to delivery and evaluation
