We are looking for an On-board Image Processing Engineer with experience in software and FPGA engineering, image processing, neural network implementation in embedded hardware platforms, testing and verification activities to join projects focused on the development of advanced onboard image processing solutions for space and Earth observation missions .
What will you do?
- Design, develop, test, and verify onboard image processing solutions for space applications.
- Implement image processing and neural network algorithms on target hardware platforms such as Nvidia GPU, Myriad VPU, Xilinx FPGA, SoC, and MPSoC.
- Generate engineering documentation, including requirements specifications, software design documents, and technical reports.




- Lead technical activities and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Collaborate with national and international stakeholders in innovative space and defense projects.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software and FPGA engineering, including testing and verification activities.
- Experience implementing image processing or neural network solutions on Nvidia GPU, Myriad VPU, Xilinx FPGA, SoC, or MPSoC platforms.
- Strong programming skills in C, C++, Python, and VHDL.
- Advanced knowledge of development and configuration management tools such as Git, OpenCV, CUDA, Vivado, Vitis, and TensorFlow.
- Professional level of English.
