Meet the team
The Supply Engagement team owns how Preply changes tutor behaviour at scale, through three channels: communications, community, and academy.

You'll report directly to the Senior Manager of Supply Engagement and be part of a team of six. Some quarters you'll be making already-set plans happen operationally, for example a webinar series, networking event or a contest in the community. Other times, something new lands with no owner yet, and you take it on fully, end to end. Every project exists for one reason: to make tutors happier, help them succeed, or surface what they're telling us so we can improve our product, programs, and policy.
What you'll be doing
What you'll be doing:
- Own the operational part of all tutor-facing programs and projects end to end, for example running the annual tutor conference and the team's webinar series: source speakers, coordinate logistics, track what worked
- Drive new engagement projects end to end: From ideation to delivery
- Own the operational side of community activities: contests, awards, and story collections that keep tutors engaged
