As a Talent Acquisition Partner , you will play a critical role in enabling business growth through strategic workforce planning and best-in-class hiring delivery. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, providing market insights, talent intelligence, and recruitment expertise to support business objectives across your assigned scope.
Reporting to the Europe Area Talent Acquisition Manager , you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment strategy and delivery, building future-ready talent pipelines, driving process excellence, and ensuring an outstanding stakeholder and candidate experience.
