Role Overview
This Barcelona-based role focuses on acquiring new logo customers within the <
200 employee segment.
The rep will drive a structured, repeatable sales motion for a ready-to-sell product, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to close, primarily via virtual engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full new business sales cycle for mid-SMB accounts. Generate and progress pipeline through a mix of inbound leads and outbound prospecting
- Conduct discovery, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations remotely
- Position value clearly in a competitive, moderately complex buying environment
- Collaborate with marketing and BDR functions to optimise lead conversion
Idóneo Profile
- 1-3 years in B2B SaaS or solution sales (closing role preferred) Experience selling into SMB/mid-market organisations
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
- Comfortable running structured sales processes (MEDDICC)
