Deliver exceptional omnichannel support to Dutch-speaking clients, maintaining the highest standards of the Customer Support Services industry
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the company database

Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate and relevant information to clients
