At Bending Spoons, we’re striving to build one of the all-time great companies. A company that serves a huge number of customers. A company where team members grow to their full potential. And a company that does so while adhering to high ethical standards.
A few examples of your responsibilities
- Understand. Build a 360° understanding of your product, users, business model, competitive landscape, and economics. Use AI, data, and research to uncover key business drivers, diagnose challenges, and identify opportunities for growth and product development.
- Ideate. Turn insights into concrete opportunities and hypotheses for testing. Explore new products features, growth initiatives, monetization opportunities, and improvements to how the business operates, prioritizing those with the greatest potential impact.
- Execute. Turn the most promising opportunities into action and clear customer value.

Support roadmap conversations with enterprise clients, build the business case, and work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other teams to bring initiatives to life.
- Optimize. Use A/B tests, business and product metrics, and ongoing analysis to understand what works and what doesn’t. Scale successful initiatives, improve existing ones, and use each result to inform the next cycle of discovery and execution.

What we look for
- Reasoning ability. Given the necessary knowledge, you can solve complex problems. You think from first principles, and structure your ideas sharply. You resist the influence of biases. You identify and take care of the details that matter.
- Drive. You’re extremely ambitious in everything you do—and your initiative, effort, and tenacity match the intensity of your ambition. You feel deeply responsible for your work. You hold yourself to a high—and rising—bar.
- Team spirit. You give gene
