Mission
Lead and coordinate the end-to-end management of Vueling's fleet lifecycle, including aircraft entries into service, redeliveries, modifications, long-term groundings and ACMI operations, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient and cost-effective fleet deployment aligned with the company's capacity plan.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Manage aircraft entries into service, redeliveries, modifications, retrofits, product changes and ACMI operations across the fleet.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Operations, Maintenance,



Flight Operations, OCC, Safety, Compliance, Commercial and Finance teams.
- Lead planning, governance, risk management and stakeholder alignment for major fleet initiatives.
- Ensure operational, regulatory, commercial and financial readiness of fleet events and external capacity solutions.
- Monitor risks, dependencies and performance, providing reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Support the development of fleet planning, optimization and decision-support tools.

Academic Background
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Additional training in Project Management, Airline Operations, Fleet Management, Data Analysis or Optimization is desirable.

Experience
- 1-2 years of experience within an airline environment in Fleet Planning, Operations Strategy, Aircraft Maintenance, PMO or Project Management.
