- Transaction Leadership & Execution: Lead the day-to-day execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A; transactions from initial assessment through signing and closing. Own transaction workplans, timelines, key deliverables, due diligence processes, and coordination across internal stakeholders and external advisers, anticipating issues and driving transactions forward.
- Valuation, Financial Analysis & Deal Structuring: Lead and critically review valuation analyses and financial models, including DCF, DDM, LBO, merger models, trading and transaction comparables, and scenario analyses. Evaluate transaction structures, financing alternatives, consideration mix, synergies, and key financial implications, providing clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
