Hitachi Energy is seeking a Global Customer Experience Training Specialist to join the Transformers Business Unit and help shape the future of energy through world‐class learning and development.
Support the development and execution of a general training strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Expand your expertise in a dynamic, collaborative, and global environment.
Support the development and execution of a global Customer Experience training strategy that contributes to business success.
Gather insights and analyse data to identify skill gaps and prioritise high‐impact learning initiatives.
Design and enhance training programmes that incorporate industry trends and innovative technologies.
Help define and track key performance indicators to evaluate training effectiveness and business impact.
Implement and optimise processes and tools to enable consistent and scalable training delivery worldwide.




Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop accurate, relevant, and engaging training content.
Support communication strategies that increase awareness of and engagement with training initiatives.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
At least five years of experience in customer experience, marketing and sales, training, or learning and development.
Hands‐on experience in developing engaging training content and learning materials.
Ability to assess training needs, gather and analyse feedback, and support the continuous improvement of learning programmes.
Knowledge of learning management systems, particularly Cornerstone, as well as digital learning tools.
Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
