Administrative Manager

Job description

We are looking for an Administrative Manager, the position is a key role to ensure efficiency in the daily management of the company whilst contributing to the success of our real estate development projects in Mallorca.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the day to day administrative and operational tasks
- Management of documentation and paperwork related to real estate projects.
- Support in the coordination with suppliers, contractors and other agents involved.
- Contract management and compliance with legal regulations.
- Collaboration with the management team in the planning and execution of strategies.
- Fluent communication with international clients and collaborators.
- Excellent management & communication skills

Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative and operational management in the real estate or construction sector.
- Advanced knowledge of office tools (Word and Excel) and administrative management systems is a plus.




- High capacity for organisation, attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills and customer orientation.
- Driving License and own vehicle

Languages: Spanish and English

Spanish and English at a high level (required).

German will be a highly valued plus.
