Job DescriptionWe're looking for tech-savvy, hospitality focused individuals to join a new team within our Hospitality IT Service Management area. If you come with a background in hotel operations like Front Office and/or F&B;, this may be for you.
We offer an agile, professional, efficient, and process orientated support function to the Radisson community in areas such as Front Office,



Meetings & Events, Point of Sale and Loyalty.
All our activities are based on industry standard best practices (ITIL, ISTQB, PMP) and require constant contact with technical support teams, both RHG's and external vendors.
- Ensure the quality and efficiency of testing processes within the organization.
- Develop detailed test cases
- Collaborate with IT domain leads, IT BRM, and IT Service Owners.
- Report test results to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on the analysis of feature requirements and a deep understanding of an application’s behaviour to verify the functionality, usability, performance, and reliability of an application’s behaviour and ensuring all critical business functions are covered.
