Position OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist Junior to support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the Quality Management System according to the certifications defined by company management.




- Support the recording and follow-up of deviations, claims, corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPAs), including preparation of related documentation and investigations
- Environmental control monitoring support.
- Internal trainings support.
- Support the documental review of technical documentation, specifications, and Certificates of Analysis (CoAs).
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Support customer satisfaction management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy preferred.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
