Portfolio & Program Governance
- Lead PMO governance across a portfolio of strategic projects and transformation initiatives.
- Ensure projects are aligned with business objectives, priorities, and budget commitments.
- Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks.




- Monitor portfolio performance, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive consistency in project planning, execution, and benefits realization.

Strategic Program Delivery
- Oversee the successful delivery of large-scale, cross-functional programs.
- Partner with senior business leaders to define objectives, scope, milestones, and success measures.
- Facilitate decision-making through clear governance forums and executive-level reporting.
- Ensure effective management of project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
- Support change management and organizational readiness activities.

Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with executive leadership and key business stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor on project delivery, governance, and transformation best practices.
