Job Summary
The Pricing Strategy Analyst plays a key role in supporting the pricing strategy and commercial performance of HBX Group’s Accommodation and M&E; business. Through data analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting, the role identifies pricing opportunities, evaluates business impact, and supports the execution of initiatives that drive revenue, profitability,



and customer conversion. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with commercial acumen to transform complex data into actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze pricing performance, customer behavior, booking trends, and commercial results to identify growth and profitability opportunities.
- Monitor key pricing and business performance indicators, providing recommendations to improve pricing effectiveness.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic pricing decisions and business priorities.
- Assess market trends, customer demand, and competitive positioning to identify opportunities and risks.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of pricing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and testing activities.
- Measure the impact of pricing actions and provide post‑implementation evaluation
