The Role

- Providing customer support via phone, email and chat in French and English
- Assisting players with account management, login and payment-related enquiries
- Troubleshooting issues involving gaming consoles, software and connected devices
- Guiding customers through product setup, installation and synchronization
- Providing assistance before and after product purchases
- Helping customers resolve technical and product-related issues




- Accurately documenting customer interactions and following internal procedures
- Escalating more complex cases when necessary
- Delivering a friendly, professional and customer-focused experience

What We're Looking For

- Fluent French
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong interest in gaming, technology and consumer electronics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and work onsite
