We're looking for a Global People Operations & Workday Governance Lead to sit at the intersection of People, Technology,



Data and Transformation.
You'll play a key role in building a scalable, secure and data-driven People function — owning global governance, driving Workday strategy, leading cross-functional cycles and helping us unlock the potential of automation and AI.
What you'll do
Global People Governance
- Own and drive alignment across integral People processes, working closely with People Business Process Owners and senior People leadership.
- Act as a key escalation point for complex Workday, People Operations and People Data matters.
- Partner with Audit, Legal and Compliance to ensure strong controls, segregation of duties and secure access to People data.

Workday, Automation & Transformation
- Act as a strategic Business Process Owner and key partner to our Workday Product Owner and ISD.
- Translate People needs into technical requirements and help shape the Workday roadmap and backlog.
