We are looking for an experienced Energy Business Growth Leadto support Opdenergy’s growth strategy across existing and selected new European markets.
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, assessing and advancing growth opportunities in the renewable energy sector. The position will have a particular focus on developing market-entry strategies and investment theses, originating opportunities,



assessing new markets and establishing strategic relationships with local stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess growth opportunities across existing and selected new European markets.
- Originate investment and development opportunities through local networks, partnerships and direct engagement with market participants.
- Develop, structure and defend investment and market-entry theses based on regulatory, commercial, competitive and project-development considerations.
- Monitor market dynamics, regulatory developments, competitive activity and industry trends to identify attractive opportunities and emerging markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, utilities, investors, advisors and other relevant industry stakeholders.
- Evaluate opportunities across solar PV, onshore wind and BESS, considering their development, commercial and investment potential.
